Conceived by a group of graduate Artists in 1998, NEAPS caters for up to ten Artists in its robust studios in Shore Lane. Numerous Artists including Sara Gallie and Ian Carby have passed through the doors of NEAPS in the last seven years working in a variety of media from painting and drawing to sculpture, ceramics and illustration.
